Clemson's Offense Rolls, Routs NC State 41-10, Dominates in Dominant Fashion

Tigers Offense Shines, Swinney Pleased

Clemson's offense put on a show in their 41–10 victory over the NC State Wolfpack on Saturday. Quarterback Cade Klubnik led the attack, throwing for 224 yards and two touchdowns, while running backs Will Shipley and Phil Mafah combined for 168 rushing yards.

Wide receiver Tyler Brown was one of the main beneficiaries of Klubnik's passing attack, hauling in five receptions for 121 yards and a touchdown. Brown's performance was especially impressive considering he was playing in place of the injured Antonio Williams.

"I'm really proud of our offense's performance tonight," said Clemson coach Dabo Swinney. "We were able to move the ball up and down the field and put points on the board. Tyler Brown had a great game, and Cade Klubnik played really well."

Wolfpack Struggle Offensively, Injuries Mount

NC State's offense struggled to keep up with Clemson, managing just 211 yards of total offense. The Wolfpack were also hampered by injuries, as starting running back Demie Sumo-Karngbaye and starting wide receiver Keyon Lesane both left the game with injuries.

"It was a tough night," said NC State coach Dave Doeren. "We weren't able to get our offense going, and we had some key injuries. But we'll learn from this and get better."

Clemson Defense Shuts Down NC State

Clemson's defense was also dominant in the victory. The Tigers held NC State to just 10 points and forced three turnovers. Defensive tackle Bryan Bresee was a force in the middle of the line, recording two sacks and four tackles for loss.

"Our defense played a great game," said Swinney. "They were able to get pressure on the quarterback and force turnovers. I'm really proud of the effort they put in."

Clemson Moves to 5–0, NC State's Record Falls to 4–1

With the win, Clemson improves to 5–0 on the season. The Tigers will be back in action next Saturday when they host the Louisville Cardinals at Death Valley.

NC State drops to 4–1 with the loss. The Wolfpack will be back in action next Saturday when they host the Florida State Seminoles.
